These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and epwin7 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at epwin7.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment information required to process MYR deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in MYR unless otherwise specified.

From time to time, epwin7 makes available promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free spin equivalents, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms disclosed at the point of offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts (and in some cases, the combined deposit and bonus amount) are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered in accordance with the applicable terms within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per eligible User, Account, household, IP address, and device, unless the offer terms expressly state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling epwin7 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account and forfeit any balance therein:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, system, or software forming part of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward epwin7 staff or other users;
• Charging back or disputing any legitimate transaction made through your Account.

All content on the epwin7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, user interface elements, and software, is the property of epwin7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of epwin7.

epwin7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or commercialise any aspect of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, epwin7, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

epwin7's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

epwin7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards (including antivirus software) on your own devices.

epwin7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Instruction from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• Where epwin7 reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Company or other users.

Where an Account is terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, epwin7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance. Where termination occurs for other reasons — including at the User's own request — any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User subject to completed KYC verification.

epwin7's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, epwin7 collects personal data that is necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, fulfil KYC and compliance obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards and is secured using industry-standard encryption.

epwin7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the updated Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which epwin7 is licensed and incorporated as an international gaming operator. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through epwin7's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by the Company's licensing authority.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Users based in Malaysia are advised that they access and use the Platform under the terms applicable to the international market and should satisfy themselves as to the legal position in their jurisdiction before registering.
